Entry Limit
There is a limit of 120 paid entries for this competition.

Each entrant is limited to 12 entries.

Entry Acceptance Rules
Number of Bottles Required Per Entry: 2
Each entry will consist of capped / corked bottles or cans that are devoid of all identifying information, including labels and embossing. Printed caps are allowed, but must be blacked out completely. Bottles and cans will not be returned to entrants.
Two bottles or cans 330ml-375ml – preferred, although one larger bottle will be accepted on the understanding that if the beer progresses to Best of Show, it will have to be re-capped and any sediment may have been disturbed.
Labels must be attached to each entry and should be covered with clear tape. Labels can be printed directly from the website by clicking the ‘Print Labels for All Entries Checked Above’ box at the bottom of the entry list.
Entrants should be meticulous about noting any special ingredients that must be specified. Failure to note such ingredients may impact the judges' scoring of your entry.
Payment for entry is by PayPal only and the entrant pays the PayPal commission.

Please pay attention to the notes provided for each drop-off location. There could be earlier deadlines for some drop-off locations listed, particular hours when entries are accepted, certain individuals to leave your entries with, etc. All entrants are responsible for reading the information provided by the organizers for each drop-off location.

Packing and Shipping
All shipped entries must be received at the shipping location by the entry deadline - please allow for shipping time. All entries will be picked up from shipping locations the day of the entry deadline.
Please ensure bottles are packed securely and protected by bubble wrap or similar packing material. The competition organisers are not responsible for shipped entries that are not received by the entry deadline, or entries that arrive damaged.

Best of Show
The top five scoring 1st place entries in each category will advance to the Best of Show (BOS) round with a single, overall Best of Show beer selected. There will also be a Brewer's Choice selected from the Best of Show contenders for a ProAm brew day at Flat Rock Cafe, with the winner's beer served on tap at the pub.
Awards
Places will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category/table.
Scoresheets will be available for download from the competition website approximately one week after the judging concludes. Look for the Adobe® symbol next to the entry in your account.
